This privacy policy applies to the website at europir.pl.
II. Personal data controller
The administrator of personal data is PCC Therm Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Sienkiewicza 4, 56-120 Brzeg Dolny, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna, IX Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000577913, with share capital of PLN 5,500,000.00 paid in full, NIP 988-02-94-983, REGON 362119019.

The administrator declares that he takes special care to protect the interests of data subjects and, in particular, ensures that:
a. processes Personal Data lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner;
b. collects Personal Data for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and does not further process it in a manner incompatible with those purposes;
c. Personal Data shall be adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed;
d. Personal Data is accurate and updated as necessary;
e. stores Personal Data in a form that allows identification of the data subject for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed;
f. processes Personal Data in a manner that ensures appropriate security, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organisational measures
III. Purpose of processing
Personal data may be processed by the Controller for the following purposes, among others:
a. communication and responding to messages. The basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the data controller or a third party, e.g. contacting you, our marketing or partners, including the PCC Group;
b. conclusion and performance of a service contract or sales contract – the basis for processing here is the necessity to conclude the contract;
c. conducting recruitment processes, understood as activities aimed at concluding and performing an employment contract – the basis for processing here is the necessity to conclude the contract;
d. communication and responding to messages. The basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the data controller or a third party, e.g. contacting you in return;
e. direct marketing of the Administrator’s products and services and those of entities from the PCC Group – until you object to the processing of data for this purpose or withdraw your consent – the basis for processing here is the pursuit of the legitimate interests of the administrator or a third party, or consent;
f. fulfilling the legal obligations of the Controller (e.g. tax, accounting, complaint handling) – for the duration of these obligations or for the period necessary to demonstrate compliance with these obligations to the authorities authorised to inspect in this regard – the basis for processing here is the legal obligation incumbent on the controller;
g. establishing, defending and pursuing claims – for the period after which claims (e.g. arising from contracts) become time-barred or for the duration of any proceedings – the basis for processing here is the legitimate interest or legal obligation incumbent on the controller.
Providing personal data is voluntary, but it may be necessary, for example, to conclude or perform a contract, to respond to an enquiry, or to conduct correspondence.
If the processing of Personal Data is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on the basis of your consent prior to its withdrawal.
IV. Recipients of personal data
a. Personal Data may be disclosed to external entities only within the limits permitted by law, for the purpose and to the extent necessary, among others, for the proper performance of the Sales Agreement or the Service Agreement.
b. The Administrator may entrust the processing of Personal Data to third parties for the purpose of performing activities related to the conduct of business, as well as for the purpose of pursuing claims or protecting against claims related to the use of services or products. These entities may include:
c. external consulting firms (including legal, auditing, tax, marketing and accounting firms);
d. external IT specialists;
e. entities supporting the Administrator in handling correspondence;
f. couriers – in the case of correspondence or courier deliveries;
g. online payment operators or banks – in the case of financial settlements;
h. entities cooperating with the Administrator within the scope of sales services;
i. and other entities from the PCC Group that perform some of the above services for the Controller.
V. Rights of data subjects
In each case, the data subject has the right to:
a. access to Personal Data (including, for example, obtaining information about which Personal Data is being processed);
b. request the rectification and restriction of the processing of Personal Data (e.g. if it is incorrect);
c. erasure of Personal Data (e.g. if it has been processed unlawfully);
d. transfer Personal Data that he has provided to the controller and which is processed by automated means, and the processing is based on consent or on a contract, e.g. to another controller;
e. object to the processing of Personal Data based on the premise of necessity for purposes arising from legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, including in particular processing for marketing purposes;
f. lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
VI. Cookies
The Administrator uses cookies (small text files) which are stored on the Users’ end devices in order to obtain data on the use of the Website by Users.
Cookies enable, among other things:
a. maintaining Users’ sessions after logging in, so that there is no need to log in separately on each subpage of the Website;
b. adapting the content of the Website to the needs and interests of Users;
c. compiling statistics on visits to the Website;
d. creating online surveys and protecting them against multiple voting by the same persons.
The information obtained through cookies includes, among other things, the name of the internet service provider, the Users’ IP address, and the country of origin from which the Users connect to the website.
The Website uses two basic types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User’s end device until they log out, leave the website or close the web browser (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored on the User’s end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User.
In many cases, software used for browsing websites (web browser) allows cookies to be stored on the User’s end device by default. The User may at any time delete cookies stored on their end device or block the possibility of their placement in the web browser settings (also on a mobile phone or other device allowing access to the Internet). The administrator informs that restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Website.
The administrator uses Google services on its website:
- Google Analytics – a service that enables the collection of data for the purpose of analysing website visit statistics. Users can prevent their data from being collected by installing a browser add-on that blocks data transmission to Google Analytics: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=pl.
- Google reCAPTCHA – a service that allows you to check, based on the user's behaviour, whether the data on the website (e.g. form) has been entered by a human or a machine. The analysis runs automatically in the background when the website is opened, without informing the user. As part of the analysis, the mechanism takes into account various types of information (e.g. IP address, mouse movements, time spent on the website), and the collected data is sent to Google. VII. Processing of personal data during recruitment processes.
We also pay special attention to the protection of your personal data during the recruitment processes conducted by PCC Therm Sp. z o.o., Therefore, below we present the RULES FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA resulting from recruitment processes, where you will find a description of the recruitment process, information about the ADO and a catalogue of data that we require during recruitment processes (in accordance with Article 22(1)(1) of the Labour Code).
VII.a. Scope of data received. Sources of personal data.
When responding to our job offers via the website ….. or kariera.pcc.eu or job portals (e.g. pracuj.pl), before sending your CV, you must complete the application form with the following details:
- full name
- place of residence/correspondence address
- contact details (telephone number and e-mail address)
- education
- professional qualifications (e.g. knowledge of foreign languages, software, etc.)
Candidates who decide to contact the employer directly may leave their application documents at the PCC Therm Sp. z o… office. The data can also be left at the PCC Reception or the PCC Main Gate in Brzeg Dolny (ul. Sienkiewicza 4) in specially designated and locked boxes, which are only accessible to HR department employees.
The CV submitted to the PCC should only contain the following information:
- full name
- date of birth
- contact details provided by the candidate
- education
- employment history
When applying for a specific job offer, you must consent to the processing of your personal data.
When applying via the kariera.pcc.eu website, you have two options for consenting to the processing of your personal data:
- Consent to the processing of personal data solely for the purposes of recruitment for one specific position in one of the PCC companies. Once the recruitment process is complete, your application will not be considered for other positions and/or other companies within the PCC Group.
- Consent to the processing of personal data for future recruitment to other positions in all companies within the PCC Group. By giving your consent, you will not have to resend your CV for similar vacancies in other PCC Group companies, and the HR department will be able to contact you if a vacancy matching your education and skills arises in the PCC Group in the future.

VII.b. Administrator of personal data provided during the recruitment process.
Your application and the personal data contained therein are sent to the human resources department of CWB “Partner”. CWB “Partner” is a company belonging to the PCC Rokita Group, which provides recruitment, HR and payroll services for PCC Group employees. Thus, the controller of the personal data contained in the job offer and other data collected during the recruitment process is Centrum Wspierania Biznesu “Partner” Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Brzeg Dolny, ul. Sienkiewicza 4 (56-120) (hereinafter: “Administrator”). We process data for the purposes necessary to carry out the current recruitment process and, if additional consent has been given, also for future recruitment processes.
Access to personal data provided during the recruitment process is restricted to specific individuals: HR department employees and managers/directors seeking candidates for their teams, as well as specialists appointed by managers. All individuals involved in the recruitment process on behalf of the employer are authorised to process personal data for the purposes of recruitment.
VII.c. Rights of the data subject
Every candidate has the right to obtain information about their personal data processed by the PCC Group, its origin, purpose and recipients. Everyone has the right to access their Data, including the right to obtain a copy of such Data, request its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, transfer it to another controller (unless the basis for its processing is the legitimate interest of the controller), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Requesting the deletion of your data means that you are opting out of further participation in the recruitment process and will result in the immediate deletion of your data. In the above cases, please contact our Data Protection Officer by post or email.
