Modern production line

At the end of 2021, PCC Therm was relocated to newly built production and storage facilities in a new location. At the same time, the entire production line was modernised, which resulted in a new, even better quality of our products.

The change in technology allowed us to obtain improved and refined foam with a higher PIR index and better thermal insulation properties. Our unclad panels have a lambda value of 0.023 W/m·K. Such a good thermal conductivity coefficient places EUROPIR® panels at the forefront of thermal insulation products. If we combine this with the very low water absorption of PIR foam, which is the greatest enemy of all insulation materials, we obtain a product with very durable thermal insulation parameters.

We can supply our customers with a wide range of boards of various thicknesses and even – on request – manufacture boards or products of special shapes. This is made possible by a modern foam cutting line operated by experienced PCC Therm professionals.
