STAGE 1
Application and Selection
Would you like to join the dynamically growing PCC Therm team? Fill in the application form in the Job Offers tab or send your CV and wait for our Recruiter to contact you. If you successfully pass this stage of the process, we will contact you to arrange a recruitment meeting.
STAGE 2
Job interview
We value your time, and at the very first stage of recruitment, you will have the opportunity to meet or talk (by telephone or Skype) with both a representative of the HR department and your direct supervisor or colleague. This will allow you to learn about the specifics of the position at the very beginning of the process. If we feel that we are a good fit, we will see you in the next stage!
STAGE 3
Second interview
Depending on the position, you may be invited to a second interview, during which the expectations of both parties regarding the proposed position will be discussed in detail. We want everyone who joins us to have a clear idea of what working for our company entails.
STAGE 4
Decision and feedback
Our recruiter will contact you regardless of the outcome of the recruitment process. If the decision is positive, we will present you with the terms of cooperation and an offer tailored to your expectations. If you accept it, we will welcome you on board!
