PCC Therm Limited Liability Company

Our plant

All PCC Therm products are manufactured at the company's modern plant in Brzeg Dolny (Lower Silesia Province), where a production line modernised in 2021 is used to create top-class thermal insulation solutions. Under the watchful eye of our production team, specialists and technologists, unique products are created that combine the high thermal resistance and self-extinguishing properties of PIR-based insulation with the ease of processing characteristic of unclad boards.

1
Sustainable insulation – a real impact on the environment
We manufacture thermal insulation boards with the future of the planet in mind – reducing CO₂ emissions, raw material consumption and waste.
2
Green energy in practice
In 2024, nearly 10% of the energy used in production came from renewable sources. This is just the beginning – as a company, we strive to increase this share every year, supporting the green transition.
3
Thermal insulation that supports climate goals
EUROPIR® products make a real contribution to improving the energy efficiency of buildings. They reduce energy consumption for heating and cooling, which directly contributes to reducing CO₂ emissions. This is our daily contribution to sustainable construction and climate protection.
4
Uniform waste – responsible product life cycle management
Thanks to the fact that our EUROPIR® thermal insulation boards do not have cladding, at the end of the product's life cycle, uniform, uncomplicated waste is produced, which can be more easily recycled or managed in accordance with the principles of the circular economy.
This solution is not only environmentally friendly, but also streamlines recycling processes at the construction investment level.
5
Less film - less plastic
We consciously reduce the thickness of the film used to package our products. This seemingly minor change translates into a significant reduction in plastic consumption and waste generation across our entire production process.
6
Comfort and a healthy microclimate all year round
Our solutions not only protect against heat loss and overheating of interiors, but also ensure adequate water vapour diffusion. This prevents the growth of fungi and mould, supporting the health of residents and the durability of the structure.
7
Class A+ indoor air quality
EUROPIR® boards meet the highest requirements for volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions, confirmed by class A+. This guarantees that our insulation contributes to creating healthy and safe living and working spaces.
8
Smaller packaging = less transport
Thinner boards mean smaller transport units. This allows us to transport more material in a single vehicle, which reduces the number of trips and helps to cut transport-related emissions.
9
Local suppliers – a conscious choice, a smaller footprint
In the production process of EUROPIR® boards, we use raw materials from local suppliers to the greatest extent possible. This allows us to support the regional economy and reduce transport-related emissions. Although not all components can be sourced locally, we consistently strive to minimise our environmental impact throughout the entire supply chain.
